Mayan, what is TerraLux, and how would you describe its mission?

You often speak about “bridging the physical and digital worlds.” What do you mean by that?

For the first time, technology enables us to integrate physical real estate with a digital ecosystem seamlessly. Our platform, The Spatial Network, lets people visualize, manage, and even gamify their properties — from small farms to entire cities. You can design, fund, and operate your project digitally while it exists in a physical form. It’s the true convergence of real-world creation and virtual innovation.

How did the idea for TerraLux begin?

The seeds were planted decades ago — I’ve had visions of this since I was a teenager in Israel. Over time, I realized they weren’t just abstract dreams; they were instructions for building a bridge between technology, wellness, and consciousness. The breakthrough came in 2022, while walking the land in the Dominican Republic — I saw clearly that we could digitize, monetize, and gamify land in a way that reconnects humanity with nature while embracing the future.

TerraLux is known for its integration of wellness into design. What makes your homes different?

We call them homes that heal. Every TerraLux Home integrates wellness technologies — from circadian lighting and EMF shielding to air and water purification, as well as frequency-based therapies. But beyond the tech, it’s the intention: we’re designing spaces that regenerate both the planet and the people living on it.

How does German Kitchen Center fit into this story?

German Kitchen Center is the foundation of our track record — 15 years, thousands of successful projects, and the only nationwide premium kitchen chain in the U.S. That experience proved we can build, scale, and deliver at the highest level. It also showed me how to integrate beauty, precision, and innovation into everything — values that now define TerraLux.

Let’s talk about Gaza — it’s a bold and emotional centerpiece of your current work. What is your vision there?

Gaza is more than a project — it’s a symbol of what’s possible when humanity chooses creation over destruction. We propose rebuilding Gaza as the most advanced, peaceful, and sustainable city in the Middle East — a living model of healing and cooperation. Imagine a town where Israelis, Palestinians, and international partners collaborate to design a future of coexistence and prosperity. Gaza can be the place where peace becomes physical.

Why Gaza, specifically?

Because transformation must begin at the heart of pain, Gaza is one of the most visible wounds on our planet — and therefore, the most powerful place to demonstrate unity. If we can rebuild Gaza into a thriving city of the future, we can rebuild anywhere — Ukraine, Los Angeles, anywhere that needs renewal. It’s a blueprint for peace through design.

How are TerraLux and Lives Amplified collaborating on this?

Dr. Steven Melnik and Lives Amplified share our vision of unity and global healing. Together, we’re forming the Gaza Future Initiative — a partnership that brings together world leaders, innovators, and philanthropists to make this a reality. It’s a chance to show that business, technology, and compassion can unite for something truly historic.

You’ve mentioned that the story of the “chosen people” is often misunderstood. Would you elaborate?

Yes — I believe the phrase “chosen people” was never meant to imply superiority. It was a mission, not a privilege — a call to bring light and love to others. But when humanity turned that into separation, we lost the essence of unity. What we’re doing now is the correction — realizing that every person carries a unique spark, a piece of the divine puzzle. Unity doesn’t erase individuality; it celebrates it.

How does TerraLux plan to fund and scale these initiatives globally?

We’ve launched The Founders Council — a select group of 100 visionary investors who each hold a TerraLux membership share. It’s more than an investment; it’s a seat at the table where the future is being designed. These members gain access to our projects, technologies, and leadership councils. They become co-creators, not just shareholders.

What makes the TerraLux membership unique?

It’s invitation-only, with one membership per person, and each applicant must be approved. It’s about the quality of alignment, not just capital. Everything — from visits to transactions to experiences — happens digitally. It completely redefines ownership and participation in real estate.

What role does sustainability play in TerraLux’s model?
